hr goat Mobile App Licence

This licence is between you and Kepler Experience Limited, company number 13618974, 80-83 Long Lane, London EC1A 9ET, United Kingdom, trading as hr goat. It covers your use of the hr goat app. Your employer has a separate agreement with us that governs the service itself.
1. Your licence. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on a device you own or control, to access your employer’s hr goat workspace. You may not share your account, copy the app or try to reverse engineer it.
2. Your account belongs to your employer. Your employer creates and controls your account, decides what you can see, can view your activity, and can suspend or remove your account. Requests to access, correct or delete your own records go to your employer, not to us.
3. This is a work tool. The app is for use in your work. It is not offered to consumers.
4. Your device. Keep your device locked and secured. You are responsible for your device, its security and any data charges. If it is lost or stolen, tell your employer at once. We may restrict the app on a device modified to remove manufacturer restrictions.
5. Information you see. Depending on your role you may see information about other people. Use it only to do your job. Do not screenshot, forward or share it with anyone not entitled to see it.
6. Notifications. The app can send notifications. Previews never contain sensitive information such as health or equity data. You can turn them off in the app or in your device settings.
7. Permissions. The app asks for access to features such as the camera or photo library only when a feature needs them. You can decline or withdraw access in your device settings.
8. Biometric unlock. If you turn on fingerprint or face unlock, your device performs the check. We never receive or store your biometric data.
9. Updates. We may update the app and stop supporting older versions. If we withdraw the app, the service remains available in a browser.
10. Personal data. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy at hrgoat.ai/legal/privacy. Information in your employer’s workspace is handled on your employer’s instructions, and their own privacy notice applies to it.
11. If the app lets you down. We provide the app with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, it is provided as it is. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Ending your licence. Your licence ends if your account is removed, if your employer’s agreement with us ends, or if you delete the app.
13. Apple. If you got the app from the App Store: this licence is between you and us only, not Apple; we alone are responsible for the app and its content; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty you may tell Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, and as far as the law allows Apple has no other warranty obligation; we, not Apple, are responsible for any claim relating to the app, including product liability, failure to meet legal requirements and consumer protection claims; we, not Apple, deal with any claim that the app infringes someone’s intellectual property; you confirm you are not in a country subject to a United States Government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and are not on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties; you must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the app; and Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce this licence against you as third-party beneficiaries.
14. Google. If you got the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply, and Google is not a party to this licence.
15. Law. This licence is governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any right you have under the law of the country where you live that cannot be removed by agreement.
